Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .Net Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Supply Chain Platform team. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, delivering, maintaining, and improving business applications across the full software development lifecycle. This role requires a strong technical acumen, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to build scalable, resilient, and secure solutions in an agile and DevOps-centric environment. Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Design, develop, test, deliver, maintain, and improve business applications, working across the full stack (frontend and backend) through the entire software development lifecycle. Quality & Technical Debt: Work within engineering teams to contribute to delivering high-quality products on time and continuously reduce technical debt. Requirements Analysis: Technically analyze business requirements and translate them into robust software solutions. End-to-End Implementation: Drive complete end-to-end software development and implementation, ensuring adequate unit testing, automation testing, and monitoring. Troubleshooting & Support: Effectively troubleshoot technical challenges in software designs and resolve any production incidents that may arise for delivered business solutions. DevOps Practices: Follow DevOps principles and practices, making necessary configuration changes to support deployments for business deliverables. Collaborative Delivery: Participate actively in building, supporting, and operating software within a DevOps model, working closely with the team to enable more productive, effective, and efficient business deliverables. Mentorship: Coach team members to enhance their productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency by demonstrating best practices. Required Experience & Skills: Fullstack Development: Strong working experience as a Fullstack Developer in C# , JavaScript/TypeScript , and any modern frontend framework (e.g., Angular, React, Vue). Backend Expertise: Experience building scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core . Database Proficiency: Seasoned developer with an excellent understanding of EF Core and SQL Server . DevOps & Testing: Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, Docker or Kubernetes) and strong experience with Unit testing and Integration testing. Version Control: Experience with code versioning using Git. Quality Engineering: Hands-on experience in developing scalable, resilient, secure, and high-quality engineering products, preferably within the logistics space. Architectural Evolution: Strong belief in and demonstrated ability to iterate and evolve architecture. Cloud Native: A solid understanding of cloud-native architectures. Microservices: Experience with building and managing microservices through their full lifecycle (versioning, backward compatibility). Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), with a preference for Azure . Agile/DevOps: Comfortable with Agile and DevOps practices and tools. Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or alternatively a Bachelor's Degree or higher in an IT-related discipline. Teamwork & Communication: A great team player and strong collaborator with excellent English verbal and written communication skills (a must). Preferred Experience & Skills: Exposure to distributed caching, failure detection algorithms, and application failover strategies. Experience with building self-healing, automatic fault detection, and recovery mechanisms.
