Software Engineer (.NET)

As a Software Engineer at Casepoint, you will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, and maintaining software systems to support our clients. Your role goes beyond mere coding; the solutions you create will enhance business operations and customer service. Your expertise in programming is essential, and you will focus on specific languages based on project requirements. The primary objective of this position is to develop high-quality, innovative software that meets coding standards and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide detailed solutions for customer problems - Develop and test modules according to project requirements and timelines - Provide customer support on a rotational basis - Adhere to coding standards and follow instructions from superiors - Update code status in TFS and maintain version control - Prepare technical documentation for resolved requests - Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as per procedures - Share knowledge within the team for continuous improvement - Submit daily activity reports to the Reporting Manager - Comply with organizational procedures and standards Required Skills & Experience: - 2 to 15 years of relevant experience in software engineering - Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET CORE, C#, and MS SQL Server - Familiarity with Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, and Web API - Knowledge of PGSQL and Kendo UI would be a plus Compensation & Culture: At Casepoint, we believe that an excellent culture leads to exceptional products.
