Software Engineer

Designation: Java Developer(Mid/Senior Level)

Experience Level: 4-10 years

Skills Required:

• Strong programming skills in Java with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.
• Experience in developing and deploying microservices-based applications.
• Proficiency in Docker, including creating and managing Docker images
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance using tools like Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, High Availability (HA) concepts, and distributed systems.
• Basic understanding of Relational and NoSQL Databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills, debugging capabilities, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with the Banking Domain and associated applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java applications using Spring Boot
• Implement and maintain microservices in a cloud-native environment.
• Create and manage Docker containers, images, and related deployment configurations.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment process.
• Design scalable systems leveraging Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture.
• Work with PostgreSQL for efficient and secure data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to ensure solutions are highly available and meet performance standards. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in Java development, DevOps practices, and software architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and Spring-based technologies.
• Prior experience or contribution to software architecture discussions is a strong plus.
• Relevant certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud technologies are an advantage
