.We are seeking a versatile Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and marketing automation tools. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled tools, applications, and automations for marketing and business operations.
- Build and maintain websites, applications, and sales funnels integrated with AI chatbots and engagement features.
- Collaborate with executives and department heads to create custom AI agents for individual and departmental use.
- Implement marketing automation systems that optimize lead generation, CRM workflows, and campaign performance.
- Document workflows, system architecture, and technical solutions for all developed tools.
- Stay current with emerging AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to ensure continuous innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 35+ years of experience in software development, full-stack engineering, or marketing automation.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages; experience with API integrations.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow) and workflow automation platforms.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
- Self-driven, creative, and passionate about building next-generation AI tools.
- Interest in social impact, sustainability, or regenerative development is a plus.
