Software Engineer Java (Spring MVC, JSP/JSTL, jQuery)

You will be working as a Software Engineer/Lead Software Engineer at our office location in Noida. With at least 3-8 years of experience, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java, Spring MVC, and front-end technologies like JSP, JSTL, Bootstrap, and jQuery. The primary focus will be on creating scalable web applications, ensuring clean front-end code, and maintaining the database structures in PostgreSQL. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing web applications using Java and Spring MVC, writing clean front-end code with Bootstrap and jQuery, managing database structures in PostgreSQL, collaborating with different teams, ensuring application performance and security, participating in code reviews, mentoring junior team members, and troubleshooting production issues. You will also be required to cross-skill in Full lifecycle development, including react/angular, python, and DevOps. To excel in this role, you must have a strong proficiency in Java with at least 4 years of hands-on experience, a deep understanding of Spring MVC, solid experience in front-end technologies, a strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, and experience in developing RESTful services. You should also have experience in Multi-tenant SaaS application architecture, knowledge of software development life cycle best practices, familiarity with coding assistant tools, version control systems, and exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes. Preferred qualifications include experience with performance tuning and optimization.,
