Job description PURPOSE OF JOB A dedicated SPOC will be deputed as a direct technical for Local & Remote management of the Hardware, Application, License, Use-cases etc, on premises at customer location ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor s degree in Electronic and Communication, or IT/Telecommunications Experience: 2-4 years of experience in partner (Spirent) Solution, installation & Commissioning with troubleshooting skillset KEY ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES Planning (Related to Landslide tool & components) Engage with Partners for preparing designs for Node deployment & Configuration Prepare Design for Node integration with Peer nodes Analyse end User requirement & prepare Use-cases with suitable Success & Failure Criteria Conduct KT sessions with customer partners to educate them on Tool Usage Operations (Related to Landslide tool & components) Preventive Health Check of all deployed modules & Optimization, as required Ensuring devices backup & Back up sanity check (Configurations/test scripts) Responsible for documenting & reporting of incidents observed /reported by users and partners over the desired platform (Jira/Mail/FTP Server as examples) Responsible troubleshooting for reachability of Spirent nodes with partner VNFs Working closely with partners for peer node issues & follow up for resolution within the defined Configuration management (Related to Landslide tool & components) Configure / integrate Peer nodes with the Landslide for all scenarios possible with the existing and procured licenses pertinent with emulation of any core node from 2G , 3G 4G, 5G NSA , IMS and 5G SA - Configuration of Landslide, Fine tune Test cases to ensure the end User Objective is met Create new Test cases using the features already available in License Ensuring that all changes are done with proper approval Instantiate, Configure, integrate Load Testers / Core Probes Execute Load Testing Scenarios for Individual VNFs Execute already available test scenarios both automated and manual Lifecycle Management (Related to Landslide tool & components) Responsible for performing updates & upgrades Responsible to perform new Solution Tests / FNI Ensure Support for User acceptance testing before HO to MS Ensure successful UAT of components before Go-Live SKILLS & JOB COMPETENCIES REQUIRED 2+ years of experience in Spirent solutions, installation & troubleshooting Knowledge of PACO, VoLTE, CS Core and 5G networks Strong understanding of 3GPP network configurations Good communication skills for working in a customer environment
