Position Summary: Leads technical projects with expertise in Salesforce and CRM development to build scalable, efficient business solutions. Provides expert guidance to teams, aligning efforts to customer and business needs while adhering to company policies, ethics, and continuous improvement principles. Drives implementation of software solutions supporting Walmart's marketplace seller onboarding and management platforms. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end technical delivery of complex, cross-functional projects impacting Walmart's marketplace seller lifecycle. Lead architecture, design, and coding standards; mentor junior developers. Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and integration via REST/SOAP APIs. Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to customize and enhance seller onboarding and management processes. Apply agile development best practices: code reviews, CI/CD deployment pipelines, version control, and unit testing. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to validate design approaches. Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver technical solutions aligned to strategic goals. Ensure software security and privacy compliance, proactively enhancing application performance and responsiveness. Drive team performance through mentoring, feedback, and accountability.
