Job Description

We are looking for a

skilled Frontend Developer

with expertise in

React.js

to develop and optimize high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with

designers, backend engineers, and product managers

to build seamless, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

Develop and maintain
React-based web applications
using an established design system.
Implement new
features and enhancements
based on designs and business requirements.

Performance Optimization

Implement
efficient and scalable
solutions, ensuring
optimal site speed and responsiveness
.
Identify and resolve
performance bottlenecks
proactively.

API Integration

Integrate
REST APIs
using
AJAX
and other relevant technologies.
Handle
asynchronous operations
efficiently and ensure smooth data flow.

Code Quality & Testing

Write
clean, well-documented, and testable
code following best practices.
Conduct
thorough code reviews
and provide constructive feedback.
Implement
automated testing
using
Jest, React Testing Library
, and other frameworks.

Collaboration & Design System Contribution

Work closely with
designers, backend engineers, and product managers
to align on requirements.
Contribute to the
continuous improvement
of the design system by identifying and implementing enhancements.

Deployment & Infrastructure

Utilize and manage
deployments on AWS
(or similar cloud infrastructure).
Understand and contribute to
CI/CD pipeline improvements
.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Skills

3+ years
of experience in frontend development, primarily using
React.js
.
Strong knowledge of
JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
.
Experience integrating with
RESTful APIs
and handling
asynchronous operations
.
Solid understanding of
CSS frameworks (SCSS, Tailwind, Styled Components)
.
Hands-on experience with
performance optimization techniques
.
Proficiency in
testing frameworks
such as
Jest and React Testing Library
.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
GraphQL, WebSockets, and microfrontend architecture
.
Exposure to
Docker, Kubernetes, and frontend security best practices
.
Understanding of
accessibility (WCAG) and frontend performance tools
.
