Job Description

As a .NET Developer you will join our Global Technology team providing engineering for our Xplor Field Services division the team that provides the support and expertise to HVAC and Plumbing Trades. We build the platforms they need to support their customers and keep life moving.

You ll help us enhance our industry-leading platform used by our customer base to run their businesses. Some of the other responsibilities you ll have:

Contribute to the development and execution of a technology roadmap to support our departmental strategy and business objectives.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership in defining technical strategy and in designing solutions to address current and future business requirements and infrastructure needs.
Consult with development and project teams to provide technical solutions for complex issues.
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior engineers on the team.
Ensure technical design aligns with the vision and future state of existing systems.
Contribute to the vision and direction for the future of our products and services.
Review existing architectural roadmaps and propose solutions for existing technical debt and development bottlenecks.
Take a proactive approach to drive innovation and creative solutions through cutting-edge technologies and implementation of best practice tools, processes and initiatives.
Proficient in architecting and designing cloud-based solutions.
