Software Engineer II-Workday HCM, Recruitment

As a Software Engineer II in HR Tech (Workday HCM) at FC Global Services India LLP, your primary responsibility will be to provide Application Support for Workday applications, focusing on Workday Functional. You will work in the HRIS Center of Excellence, contributing to the HR transformation agenda by designing, developing, and supporting key HR technologies for global locations across multiple continents. The ideal candidate for this position will have hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Reporting, and Security. You will be expected to efficiently resolve Workday functional support issues for customers, manage customer expectations regarding issue resolution timelines, and gather necessary information to address technical inquiries effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving issues through tools like Service Now and email communication channels, meeting SLAs for response and resolution times, extensively researching and documenting technical issues, and demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills. To qualify for this role, you should have approximately 4 to 6 years of overall experience in HR Functional, with a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in the Workday Functional area. Experience in Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting modules, as well as handling them independently, is essential. Additional experience in modules like Compensation and Recruiting is preferred. You will be involved in security-related changes, critical report creations, HCM configuration changes, configuration maintenance, support tickets, enhancement projects, and monitoring the queue in Service Now for issue resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this role, along with familiarity with Agile and ITIL methodologies. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and a strong understanding of Workday HCM functional modules, particularly HCM, Security, and Reporting, is mandatory.
