Actively contribute to software engineering communities of practice and participate in events exploring new technologies, fostering a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. **Qualifications Required:** - Possess formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with at least 2 years of applied experience. - Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. - Proven expertise in Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript framework React. - Experience in coding highly scalable, resilient UI microservices on JavaScript framework React. - Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. - Solid grasp of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security. - Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline like cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc. - Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in Java Enterprise, Spring Framework, Web Services, Micro Services (REST), Hibernate. - Familiarity with RDBMS (Oracle) or Cassandra. - Exposure to Cloud Technologies like Kubernetes, EKS. - Exposure to messaging queues like Kafka. - Previous experience in the Financial Services industry.,
