Software Engineer- Full-Stack Developer

Job Description We are looking for a Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer to help build web applications that support healthcare and life sciences research. The ideal candidate has experience developing interactive, data-driven applications and is comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies. We value strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, a collaborative mindset, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Full stack development with focus on frontend application Build and maintain APIs for communication. Conduct testing and debug code. Use version control systems like Git. Implement security measures for web applications. Document code and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborate in cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies. Qualifications Bachelors degree in CS or ECE. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular and Vue Hands-on experience in developing UI Components using TypeScript, SASS Experience with JavaScript building tools like WebPack Experience building backend services using Python frameworks ( e.g. FastAPI) Ability to develop reusable code and high-quality UI components with scalability in mind. Strong background in CS fundamentals including algorithms and data structures. Demonstrated experience in creating fluid and interactive data-driven applications. Demonstrable ability to engineer simple, elegant solutions to difficult problems. Nice to have A strong interest in AI/ML and healthcare technology Experience leveraging LLM-enabled development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf Familiarity with OMOP (Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership) data models and EHR (Electronic Health Record) data models is a plus.
