Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 1-4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend and backend development skills, good problem-solving ability, and experience working in Agile environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 14 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript Popular frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).

3. Strong proficiency in backend technologies, such as: .NET / Java / Node.js / Python (based on your stack) REST APIs, MVC frameworks.

4. Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

5. Understanding of version control systems like Git. Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and SDLC.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications across the full development stack.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver new features.

3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

4. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend modules.

5. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

6.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.

7. Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement activities.

8. Ensure security, reliability, and performance of all developed applications.
