Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement complex features using Next. js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related technologies. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Build reusable components and libraries for future use. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs and databases. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps. Lead the research and evaluation of new technologies and frameworks. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement innovative solutions. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes. Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. Participate in the development of testing strategies. Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development. 3+ years of experience specifically with Next. js. Experience leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers. Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Next. js framework and its core concepts (e. g. , server-side rendering, static site generation, API routes). Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript. Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. Experience with state management libraries (e. g. , Redux, Zustand, Context API). Experience with testing frameworks (e. g. , Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library). Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Familiarity with database technologies (e. g. , PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proficient with Git and version control workflows. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong attention to detail.
