Job Summary: The Senior Full Stack Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications, engaging in business analysis activities, and leading application onboarding processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business analysis skills, and experience in integrating applications into IAM and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Java applications with a focus on IAM and cloud integration. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Implement and integrate IAM solutions to enhance security and user management. Lead application onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration with IAM and cloud platforms. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for cloud-based applications. Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology solutions. Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications. Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer, with a focus on IAM, cloud technologies, business analysis, and application onboarding. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies. Experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Okta, ForgeRock, Microsoft Azure AD). Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native development. Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management. Proven experience in application onboarding and integration processes. Preferred Skills: Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with security standards and protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect). Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
