As a Software Engineer, Data and Information Systems at Amrita AHEAD, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham AHEAD Online Campus, you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Information Services (DIS) team in delivering and maintaining technical solutions for online teaching and learning platforms of Amrita Online programs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the development, delivery, and maintenance of technical systems under senior supervision. - Providing user support and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth, uninterrupted use of systems. - Supporting examination processes and related activities for AHEAD programs. - Creating documentation and training materials as needed.
