Software Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in .NET development and plugin creation to join our dynamic team. In this role, candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM), focusing on enhancing functionality using Dynamics 365 Plugins, Azure functions, Azure Logic Apps, custom workflows, and web services. You will work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Required Skills:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM), including configuration, customization, and extending the platform with custom plugins and workflows.
• Expertise in creating Dynamics 365 Plugins (Synchronous and Asynchronous), Custom Workflows, and Custom Actions using C#.
• Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 Web API, RESTful services, Fetch XML and OData queries for accessing and manipulating Dynamics data.
• Hands on development of PowerApps and experience in developing Power Automate along with Dataverse.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework development.
• Experience in developing Azure functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework to build and maintain applications.
• Experience in developing Reports within Dynamics CRM.
• Exposure to RSO (Resource Scheduling Optimization) in DynamicsCRM Field service is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications in DynamicsCRM (Field Service) and PowerApps is a plus.
