Job Description

Your profile

Develop, deploy, and maintainKafka-based solutionsfor real-time event streaming.

Design and optimizeKafka producer/consumer applications.

Create and manageKafka topics, partitions, and configurations.

Integrate Kafka with other systems usingKafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and other ecosystem tools.

Monitor and troubleshootKafka clustersfor performance and reliability.

Implementmessage schemasusing Avro, Protobuf, or JSON.

Performcapacity planningand scalability assessments.

Ensuredata security and compliancethrough access controls and encryption.

Collaborate withDevOps, Data Engineering, and Application teams.

Document Kafka configurations, processes, and best practices.

Your role

Strong understanding ofApache Kafka architectureand components.

Proficiency inJava, Scala, or Python.

Experience withdistributed systemsandreal-time data processing.

Familiarity withKafka Connect, Kafka Streams, Schema Registry.

Knowledge ofcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed Kafka services.

Experience withmonitoring toolslike Prometheus, Grafana, or Confluent Control Center.

Understanding ofmicroservices architectureand event-driven systems.

Experience withCI/CD pipelinesand version control (e.g., Git).
