Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain services and APIs that facilitate AI-driven workflows throughout our platform. - Collaborate closely with our AI and data teams to incorporate LLMs, embeddings, and event-driven pipelines into tangible features. - Develop SDKs, agents, and orchestration tools to enhance the reusability and reliability of AI components. - Enhance system observability, tracing, and resilience across AI-enabled and non-AI services. - Play a significant role in technical design, peer reviews, and architectural decisions within the AI initiative. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in one or more core languages (C#, Python, etc). - Strong foundation in distributed systems, APIs, and asynchronous processing. - Experience with message queues, caching, and data pipelines. - Comfort with LLM APIs, embeddings, or vector search tools (OpenAI, Azure AI, Pinecone, etc). - Pragmatic mindset to discern when to utilize AI, code, or simplify solutions. - Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, containerized builds, and cloud deployment (Azure preferred).
