Location: [Pune, maharastra] Department: Engineering Reports to: Engineering Manager / CTO Job Type: Full-time About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that meet both technical and business needs. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting. Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Contribute to continuous improvement of the development process. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 0 To 1 years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, Go, etc.). Experience with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django, .NET). Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
