Software Eng. Manager

Role Overview: As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of application, Front-end, and Back-end engineers to drive innovation in full-stack product development. You will be responsible for improving performance and scalability, and actively learning about the system to fuel innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 4-15 or more software engineers in developing products, with a focus on Backend Engineering. - Provide guidance to the front-end team and demonstrate a good understanding of front-end technologies. - Utilize technologies such as MySQL, NoSql, Redis, Python, Linux, AWS/GCP in product development. - Develop expertise in programming languages like Python (Django), NodeJs, and ReactJS. - Implement microservices and RESTful server development for efficient operations. - Work with JMS tools such as ActiveMQ, Kafka/RabbitMQ for message queuing. - Utilize NoSql databases like MongoDB, CouchDB, CouchBase, Cassandra, and Redis. - Have experience with Docker, relational databases, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and version control systems like Git. - Exposure to Android APP and ReactJS is considered a bonus.
