Software Eng Manager

As a Software Engineering Manager at Honeywell Aerospace S&C SIGNS Platform in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in managing the development and implementation of managed PKI and engaging Connected loading solutions for our connected gateways. SIGNS Platform is a prominent player in the aerospace industry and has been at the forefront for the past 10 years. Your responsibilities will include refactoring the SIGNS Platform into a microservices architecture to support upcoming Connected gateways, expanding the platform's capabilities to provide licensing solutions to Jetwave X in 2025, and guiding a development team to deliver critical solutions for Anthem, Jetwave X, and MDG-100. Your role will also involve implementing managed PKI and Connected loading solutions for all engage gateways while ensuring compliance with the latest cybersecurity standards. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the aerospace domain, managed PKI solutions, and cybersecurity standards. Your skills should include SAFe Agile Development with SAFe Scrum Master/PO/PM certification, aerospace domain knowledge, people management, expertise in managed Public Key Infrastructure, familiarity with cloud architectures & portals implementation, cybersecurity implementation for product development, critical thinking, DevOps CI/CD knowledge, and stakeholder management. A PMO certification would be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.E/B.Tech degree or above in a relevant subject (IT/ECE Related) with a minimum of 12 years of experience. You should have extensive experience in a technical capacity, previous experience managing and guiding a team in SAFe, hands-on experience in web and cloud product development, and proficiency in using Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices.
