Software Development Senior Associate

As an RPA Developer with a focus on Power Automate, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using both Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows. Your role will involve collaborating closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and automation requirements. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation, including PDDs, SDDs, and deployment guides. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in automation workflows, as well as ensuring performance optimization, will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to integrate Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Adhering to best practices in automation design to ensure scalability and maintainability will be crucial. Monitoring and maintaining bots in production to minimize downtime and swiftly resolve issues, as well as supporting the deployment process and conducting UAT with business teams, will round out your day-to-day tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development with Power Automate and a strong grasp of RPA concepts, process design, and the automation lifecycle. Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows is essential, as is proficiency in integrating APIs, SQL databases, SharePoint, and Excel-based processes. Experience with error handling, logging, exception management, and a good understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (including Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse) are also required. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and documentation abilities will be assets in this role. Preferred qualifications for this position include Microsoft Power Platform certification (e.g., PL-500: Power Automate RPA Developer), experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, familiarity with version control tools such as Azure DevOps or Git, and a background in Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare domains.,
