Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the development process to ensure timely and quality delivery of software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Aras Innovator Customization.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.- Experience with system integration and configuration management.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aras Innovator Customization.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
