About The Role

Project Role :Software Development Lead
Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Summary:10 -12 Years of Professional work experience into Embedded Systems.Proficient in Embedded C, C, C++. Good to have Python / Scripting Knowledge.Good Knowledge in Custom Hardware Bringup. controllers - ARM. Power PC , X86 Working knowledge of communication protocols - I2C, RS232, SPI, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Trace32, Hardware DebuggerFPGA Fundamentals, Adaptability, System Architecture, C++, BIOS - UEFI, Basic Algorithms and Data StructuresHas Working knowledge on any RTOS and Concepts like IPC, SchedulingGood Understanding of Build Systems. Working Knowledge of Cmake, Makefiles.As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software meets the required standards and client expectations. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact the project and the team, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to increase efficiency.

Skills:

Proficiency in Embedded Firmware.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems.

Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for embedded firmware.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Embedded Firmware.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
