You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your role will involve leading and guiding the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead and oversee the software development process. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project success. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Solutions. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience in end-to-end software system development. - Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development. - Experience in client interaction and project management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IFS Solutions. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
