You will play a crucial role in the product lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective software solutions are delivered. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead and mentor junior professionals Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team"Work with team to design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements which involve the following tasks: Defined MDM strategy for various business units and functions, aligning with client vision of delivering better health and a brighter future. Partnered with countries and key business stakeholders to identify changes in business and draft end user stories, ensuring alignment withclient's patient-centric approach. Took ownership for innovation through sustain, product release, and strategy, including third-party providers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Validated the delivery of business value and expected outcomes periodically, collaborating with business stakeholders to measure and report on metrics, ensuring alignment with client strategic goals. Drove investigations, gained support, and implemented MDM technologies to provide business value, enhancing client ability to deliver innovative healthcare solutions Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle Write well designed, testable, efficient code Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Informatica MDM Strong understanding of data integration and data quality processes Experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions Knowledge of data governance principles Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter Familiarity with data modeling and metadata management"Must Have Skills:1. Implement, configure and manage Informatica MDM solutions.2. Develop and maintain data models, including entities, attributes, and relationships.3.
