Your typical day will involve applying your expertise in PeopleSoft Administration to support a client, project, or entity in Pune. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and configuration of PeopleSoft systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in PeopleSoft Administration. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools related to Packaged Application Development. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies. Experience in leading and managing software development teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
