Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead ADAS programs and technical development. This role involves managing end-to-end delivery of ADAS features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in sensor fusion, perception, and control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, real-time software, and automotive safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:Program Leadership:Manage end-to-end ADAS programs including planning, execution, and delivery across multiple vehicle platforms.System Engineering:Define system requirements, architecture, and integration strategies for ADAS features such as lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and collision avoidance.Sensor Fusion & Perception:Oversee development of algorithms for sensor fusion using radar, LiDAR, and camera systems.Validation & Testing:Lead simulation and real-world testing efforts to validate ADAS functionalities under diverse driving conditions.Compliance & Safety:Ensure adherence to automotive safety standards including ISO 26262 and ASPICE.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal engineering teams to align on technical and program goals.Cloud & V2X Integration:Support development of cloud-based vehicle data platforms and V2X communication strategies for enhanced situational awareness and connectivity.Model-Based Development:Promote use of AUTOSAR and model-based design tools for scalable and maintainable ADAS solutions.AI/ML Enablement:Encourage integration of AI/ML for advanced perception and decision-making capabilities.Innovation & R&D:Lead initiatives in emerging areas such as voice/gesture recognition, emotion detection, driver wellness, and smart home integration.Vendor/Supplier Engagement:Support vendor and supplier identification, onboarding, and relationship management to ensure timely and quality delivery of components and services.Delivery Management:Oversee and manage deliveries across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.RFP/RFI Support:Lead and support the creation and evaluation of RFPs/RFIs for strategic sourcing and solution partnerships.Solutioning:Drive end-to-end solutioning for infotainment and cockpit systems, integrating technical feasibility with business value. Professional & Technical Skills:
18-23 years of experience in ADAS or autonomous driving technologies.Strong knowledge of embedded systems, real-time software, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).Experience with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, ROS, ADTF, and AUTOSAR.Proven track record in managing large-scale automotive programs.Familiarity with safety-critical systems afunctional safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE).Experience in cloud connectivity and V2X communication.Experience with AI/ML for perception and decision-making.Exposure to global automotive markets and regulatory environments.Knowledge of model-based development and simulation frameworks
