Your typical day will involve providing Salesforce Development expertise, facilitating impact assessment efforts, and producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, ensuring high quality and maintainability of code.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.Professional & Technical
