Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development. Join our team in Bengaluru and contribute to the success of our projects. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software systems.- Lead and mentor a team of software developers to ensure successful project delivery.- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes. Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.- Experience in designing and developing user-friendly and responsive UI using SAP UI5.- Knowledge of SAP Fiori design principles and best practices.- Experience with SAP Web IDE and SAPUI5 libraries.- Familiarity with SAP ABAP programming language.
