Must have skills : SAP MM Materials Management Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance product functionality and performance. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software development process is efficient and effective, while also mentoring team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.- Experience with SAP integration and configuration.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.- This position is based at our Jaipur office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
