Project Role : Software Development Lead Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. Must have skills : Siemens Teamcenter Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE or BTECH Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead software development projects effectively. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience in configuring software systems. Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development. Hands-on experience in end-to-end software development projects. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A BE or BTECH degree is required. Qualifications BE or BTECH
