Key Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expert (SME):

  Provide deep expertise in SAP EWM and software development.

• Team Collaboration & Management:

  Collaborate with and manage the team, ensuring high performance and quality output.

• Decision-Making:

  Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key project decisions.

• Solution Delivery:

  Provide solutions to complex problems that span across teams.

• Lead Development Efforts:

  Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of software solutions.

• Technical Guidance:

  Offer mentorship and technical guidance to team members to support their development.

• Ensure Project Success:

  Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and ensure successful software delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP EWM

  (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Strong understanding of

  software development methodologies

  and

  processes

  .
• Experience in

  configuring and customizing software systems

  .
• Knowledge of technologies and tools relevant to software development.
• Leadership experience in

  leading software development projects

  .

Experience Required:

• Minimum of

  12 years of experience

  in

  SAP EWM

  .

Educational Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education

  (Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field).
