Role Overview: As a Software Development Engineering - Sr Professional I at Fiserv, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support the company's business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform coding and debugging, maintain existing codebases, and mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications aligned with Fiserv's business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. - Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities. Qualifications Required: - Excellent programming skills on ASP.NET (C#), Angular, .NET 4.0 and above, C#, Win forms, HTML5, CSS3, REST, WPF. - Strong SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and SQL experience, along with experience in Oracle. - Deep knowledge of software engineering and computer science fundamentals, experience with SOA and large distributed systems. - Experience designing compelling business user interfaces, exposure to the banking domain. - Proven experience working on large products, excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in the financial services industry would be a plus.
