You will work with a team of engineers to create delightful feature experiences that address customer pain points. You will also identify and communicate back-end best practices and actively participate in the project life-cycle from pitch to delivery. Analyzing and enhancing product performance, scalability, stability, and security will be crucial, along with improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Building efficient and reusable applications and abstractions - Identifying and communicating back-end best practices - Participating in the project life-cycle from pitch to delivery - Analyzing and improving performance, scalability, stability, and security of the product - Improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience with a start-up mentality and a strong willingness to learn - Proficiency in Python and experience with web frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask - Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills - Expertise in Kubernetes and containerization - Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL databases such as Postgres, MongoDB (knowledge of any OLAP database is a plus) - Familiarity with cloud service providers like AWS or Azure - Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other queuing services is advantageous - Working knowledge in Big Data/Distributed Systems and Async Programming - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering The company offers competitive benefits to support your success both at work and in personal life.
