You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead and mentor junior team members.- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies.- Experience with software development lifecycle processes.- Knowledge of agile methodologies.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Azure DevOps. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
