Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, while also performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that all components function seamlessly together. Roles & Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for automotive software applications.-Utilize Simulink expertise to create test models and leverage Model-Based Design for testing.-Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies.-Automate test execution using scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) and testing frameworks.-Identify, document, and report software defects using bug tracking tools.-Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve software quality.-Stay up-to-date on the latest testing methodologies and tools relevant to the automotive industry. Skills:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the automotive industry.Experience with Simulink model development and code verification using static analysis tools (e.g., Polyspace) and unit testing methodologies.- Proven ability to leverage static analysis tools to improve unit test coverage and code quality for Simulink models.- Experience using a combination of static analysis and unit testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of automotive software (developed in Simulink).- Familiarity with automotive software development processes (e.g., V-model, Agile).- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) a plus.- Experience with automotive testing tools (e.g., CANoe, Vector tools) a plus.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
