Summary:As a Automotive ECU Software, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our automotive software products, particularly those developed using the Simulink platform. The GTIS Algorithm and Software Engineering Team is seeking a talented and motivated Software Test Engineer to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for automotive software applications.-Utilize Simulink expertise to create test models and leverage Model-Based Design for testing.-Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies.-Automate test execution using scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) and testing frameworks.-Identify, document, and report software defects using bug tracking tools.-Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve software quality.-Stay up-to-date on the latest testing methodologies and tools relevant to the automotive industry. Professional & Technical Skills:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the automotive industry.Experience with Simulink model development and code verification using static analysis tools (e.g., Polyspace) and unit testing methodologies.- Proven ability to leverage static analysis tools to improve unit test coverage and code quality for Simulink models.- Experience using a combination of static analysis and unit testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of automotive software (developed in Simulink).- Familiarity with automotive software development processes (e.g., V-model, Agile).- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) a plus.- Experience with automotive testing tools (e.g., CANoe, Vector tools) a plus.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
