You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Develop high-quality software design and architecture.- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.- Create and maintain technical documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform.- Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years of full-time education is required.
