Project Role : Software Development Engineer Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work. Must have skills : Japanese Language Good to have skills : Spring Boot Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality. Troubleshoot and debug software applications to resolve issues. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance skills. Assist in training junior team members and sharing knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural context in Japanese language. Ability to translate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa. Excellent communication skills in Japanese for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette and practices. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language. This position is based at our Coimbatore office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
