You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the growth and success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Develop high-quality software design and architecture.- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.- Create and maintain technical documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and marketing automation platforms.- Experience with email marketing campaigns and customer journey mapping.- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing marketing automation solutions.- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
