You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and debug software applications to resolve issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance skills. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Japanese Language. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Boot. Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural context in Japanese language. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders. Experience in localization and translation of software content in Japanese. Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette and communication norms. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language.
