Project Role : Software Development Engineer Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work. Must have skills : Advanced Embedded System Engineering Good to have skills : User Interface Development, User Experience (UX) Design Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, or any related stream Key Responsibilities 1.Should lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, including wire-framing, prototyping and visual design.2.Should be responsible of creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (for web and mobile applications) while ensuring exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms.3.Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs. Technical Experience 1. Experience with design tools like Sketch/InVision studio/Photo.io/Axure/Figma/Adobe XD or similar.2. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.3. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color and layout.4. Experience Collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility and effectively communicate design specs through design hand-off tools.5. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.6. Experience working with internationalization and localization best practices to design scalable and culturally relevant user experiences.7. Ability to articulate and defend design decisions based on user research, usability testing and data driven insights.8. Experience designing for complex user flows and information architecture, particularly in enterprise-level applications or B2B Platforms.9. Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.10.
