You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. This role requires a strong understanding of Performance Testing Strategy and the ability to apply it effectively in a software development environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients by ensuring the performance and reliability of their applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement performance testing strategies. Develop and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios. Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement. Monitor and analyze performance test results, identifying trends and patterns. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on performance-related issues. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving performance-related issues in production environments. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Neotys Neoload. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools. Experience in designing and implementing performance testing frameworks. Knowledge of performance monitoring and profiling tools. Familiarity with performance tuning techniques and optimization strategies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
