Project Role :Software Development Engineer

Project Role Description :Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet client needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for developing new features and functionalities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Your role will require you to adapt to changing requirements and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Proficiency in Appian Process Automation.- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.- Experience with integration of Appian with other systems and platforms.- Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Appian Process Automation.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
