To excel in this position, you should have 7+ years of experience in technical roles across the product life cycle, possess strong computer science fundamentals, and demonstrate a deep understanding of algorithm design and performance. Additionally, you should have experience in leading teams, building solutions with cloud technologies, and expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards is crucial. You should also be well-versed in optimizing frontend performance, testing frameworks, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, server-side rendering, and system design principles for large-scale web applications. Your role will require excellent work ethics, strong communication skills, the ability to manage systems development scope, and drive decisions in ambiguous scenarios. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
