Software Development Engineer - 1 - Backend

We are looking for a Junior Backend Software Engineer who has a strong technical foundation and can independently deliver robust features under tight timelines. You'll be working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment that emphasizes performance and product impact. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure backend services. Take ownership of individual features across the full development lifecycle. Write clean, maintainable code and conduct peer code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features. Work within aggressive timelines without compromising code quality. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in backend development using Ruby on Rails, Java, or Python. Strong understanding of software design principles and database technologies (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB). Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and microservices. Experience working with Kafka and RabbitMQ, Docker, Microsoft Azure, and GraphQL. Prior experience with LLMs and OpenAI API integrations is required.
