Software Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Strong understanding of web frontend technologies, with the ability to translate design and product requirements into high-quality user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience in building dynamic and responsive frontend pages using Nuxt.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good working knowledge of Docker systems, containerised environments, and deployment workflows.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI tools for coding, with past work demonstrating strong context engineering and AI-assisted development skills.
• This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role; the candidate should exhibit strong ownership, discipline, and the ability to independently deliver features as per the predefined product roadmap.
• High-level architectural understanding of software systems, design patterns, API interactions, and scalable application structures is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

• Have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience working on SaaS projects.
• Proficiency in programming language(s). (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
• Knowledge of software development tools such as Git and debugging tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong preference for candidates who are full-stack developers and have hands-on experience in React and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in conducting regular code reviews to ensure quality and best practice.
• Have the ability to mentor other developers and interns as a team.
• Skilled in conducting regular code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
• Has previous experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
