Software Developer Team Lead

Responsibilities

Utilize expertise in
PHP5
and
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
for development.
Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document, and deploy changes to the system.
Participate in
deployment planning and project planning
.
Gather requirements from design and technical staff and clients, defining effective solutions for business and process problems.
Collaborate with team members to devise and launch new site features and content that meet expectations.
Write code and provide
technical support to the team
.

Skills

Required Skills:

Expertise in
PHP5
and good knowledge of
OOP
.
Expertise with
interfaces, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Templating, caching, sessions, and authentication
.
Experience with
complex SQL queries and database schema design
.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency with PHP frameworks such as
CodeIgniter, Laravel Framework, CakePHP, Zend
, or similar.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Proactive in actions and open to writing code.
Experience with
MySQL
.

Qualifications

A
B.Tech/B.E.
degree.
